Hay Park United Soccer Club – a short history

Hay Park United Soccer Club formed in 1981, as the then named Italian Club Juventus. Adopting the famous Black and White playing colours of the ‘old lady of Turin’, Juventus FC, the club began its journey to become a force on the South West Soccer scene.

Winning its first league title six years after inception, in 1987, the club has gone from strength to strength winning leagues, cups and awards through all divisions. The club now comprises of three men’s teams and two ladies, with record membership numbers.

Most recently the club took the decision to move from its spiritual home at Hay Park North to the new Hay Park South sports pavilion, a fitting home for such a proud club. This move is seen as an integral part of ensuring the future of the club is both long and prosperous.
